We also see how the misuse of the environment has caused a worldwide crisis which disproportionately impacts the poor and maginalized of society. These are some of the most important issues of justice in our time.
SPIRITUALITY AND THE WILD There is something in the wild which calls to the depth of our being. Being in the wild puts us in touch, as the original Abenaki people say..."the hidden one” behind all things...the Great Spirit. We want to provide an environment for talking about our spiritual backgrounds and what we beleive about the larger questions of life.
