We are so excited to have the opportunity to host ServeUp this year! We want it to be the best trip that it can be and are excited to experience all that New Orleans has to offer - jazz music, gumbo and jambalaya, serving the city with our community partners, and more!
A big part of that is helping our team to stay healthy while we are in New Orleans. One easy way you can do that is by getting your booster prior to the trip! This will give you, and the team as a whole, added protection against COVID and help us have the best week we can in New Orleans!
COVID PROTOCOLS
To participate in ServeUP our volunteer partners are requiring full vaccination status for March 2022 “Our ServeUP work partners require all volunteers to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 prior to starting on the worksite. Vaccination cards will be checked prior to starting the work by our partners.”
Secondly, please bring a negative PCR test or antigen Covid test within 72 hrs of leaving for ServeUP. Our staff will check prior to boarding the plane or bus.
Thirdly, please be cautious in your interactions with people 3-4 days prior to ServeUP so that the ServeUP community can be the safest environment possible. Thank you!
